• 2012 End of Year Schedule announced:
  May 23 and May 24:  High school students dismissed at 12:30 PM following exams. Buses run at regularly scheduled times.
  May 25:  All schools dismissed at 12:30 or 1:00 PM. Check with your school for exact time. Teachers dismissed after students depart.
  May 29: Report cards are issued.

• SMP releases results of the 2011-12 District Climate Survey for Elementary Schools, Middle/Junior High Schools, High Schools, and All District Schools (Summary).

• Dr. Donald Aguillard announced plans by St. Mary Parish Schools to offer expanded options to families of homeschooled students through the addition of a virtual education program.

The St. Mary Parish school district represents a highly progressive, dynamic, educational organization focused on the academic achievement of all students.
